About the Project

Alpha Management is a property management company specializing in increasing villa owners' income in Bali by providing a full range of management services. The company aims for fruitful collaboration with villa developers in Bali, and to achieve this goal, they need to clearly and elegantly present their services.
Objective: To develop a presentation that clearly outlines the company's specialization and advantages, as well as the process of collaboration with them.
Goal: To establish a mutually beneficial and productive partnership.

О проекте

Alpha Management - управляющая компания, специализирующаяся на увеличении доходов владельцев вилл на Бали путем предоставления полного цикла управленческих услуг. Компания стремится к плодотворному сотрудничеству с застройщиками вилл на Бали, и для достижения этой цели им необходимо ясно и элегантно представить свои услуги. 

Задача: Разработать презентацию, которая четко обозначит специализацию и преимущества компании, а также процесс сотрудничества с ними. 

Цель: Установить взаимовыгодное и продуктивное партнерство.

Work Stages

1. We conducted a thorough briefing with the client to clearly define the project goals and develop a strategy for collaboration.

2. I developed the presentation structure, which included essential content aspects, and edited the text.

3. Based on the highlighted key points from the brief, I selected design concept options that would best emphasize the company's values and strategic objectives.

4. Using the chosen concept, I created several trial slides to assess whether the selected option was suitable for us. We made a decision.

5. In the final work, I designed the presentation in PowerPoint, styled it according to the agreed-upon design, and sent the files to the client in PPTX and PDF formats.

Этапы работы

1. Мы провели детальный брифинг с заказчиком, чтобы ясно определить цели проекта и разработать стратегию совместной работы.

2. Я разработала структуру презентации, которая включала в себя необходимые аспекты контента, отредактировала текст.

3. Основываясь на выделенных ключевых моментах из брифа, я подобрала варианты дизайн-концепций, которые наилучшим образом подчеркнут ценности и стратегические задачи компании.

4. На основе выбранной концепции я сделала несколько пробных слайдов, чтобы понять подходит ли нам выбранный вариант. Определились с выбором.

5. В представленной работе, я создала дизайн презентации в программе PowerPoint, оформив ее в итоговом стиле, и отправила заказчику файлы в форматах PPTX и PDF.

Result

Following the presentation of the company's prepared proposal to the developer with whom the client intended to initiate collaboration, the latter expressed a positive impression of the proposal and showed interest in obtaining more detailed information regarding the technical and financial aspects of the potential partnership. Considering the client's comfort in working with me, they once again reached out to me, this time with a request to create a personalized commercial proposal for their partner.

После представления готовой презентации компании застройщику, с которым заказчик планировал начать сотрудничество, последний выразил положительное впечатление от предложения и проявил заинтересованность в получении более подробной информации о технических и финансовых аспектах предполагаемого сотрудничества. Учитывая, что заказчику было комфортно со мной работать, он снова обратился ко мне, на этот раз с запросом о создании персонализированного коммерческого предложения для его партнёра.
